1. Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between mmk3 and the players who use its platform. By visiting the mmk3 website, registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration and Sign-Up

To register an account at mmk3, you must meet the following requirements—

  • Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is opened by the same person, both will be closed.

3. Deposit Terms

You can deposit at mmk3 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks.

Deposit Requirements

  • The payment method used to deposit must match the name on your account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4. Withdrawal Rules

  • Most withdrawals are completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, and the account name must also match.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • mmk3 reserves the right to carry out verification checks before processing withdrawals. Accounts that do not pass verification may experience delays.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at mmk3 come with terms and conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

Welcome Bonus

Your first deposit receives a 150% bonus, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 25.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. Wagering: 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks must be wagered before you can withdraw.
Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving you a balance of 720,000 Ks. Wagering: 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered before you can withdraw.

Bonus Restrictions

  • Games played with bonus funds must fall within mmk3's standard wagering rules.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • If a player is found to be misusing bonuses (odds arbitrage, bonus abuse), the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
  • mmk3 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion without prior notice.

6. General Betting Rules

Only eligible players may participate in betting, games, and football betting on mmk3.

Fair Play

mmk3 is committed to fair play for all players. mmk3 guarantees the integrity of its gaming technology to maintain fair play and a sound gaming environment on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Hacking, exploiting, or using any irregular technical methods on the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Using software (bots, exploits) to predict game outcomes in advance is prohibited.
  • Collusion and coordinating with other players to manipulate results is prohibited.
  • If mmk3 suspects a player is engaging in bonus abuse by only collecting bonus funds, the account will be investigated.

7. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

mmk3's VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up levels based on their play points.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Cashback is a benefit for VIP players and is awarded as bonus funds based on points earned from play. Because cashback is issued as bonus funds, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal. mmk3 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

8. Account Suspension / Closure Policy

mmk3 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons—

  • False personal information is found during registration verification,
  • The player is found to be from a restricted region or is under 21 years of age,
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected,
  • More than one account per person has been found,
  • Information suggesting possible links to money laundering has been found,
  • Usage intended to exploit the platform has been detected by mmk3's anti-fraud system.

Any remaining available balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of closure will be returned after mmk3 completes its review. The player may request reinstatement of their closed account via live chat.

Account Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this via 24/7 live chat. A withdrawal will only be processed after all outstanding balances have been settled following the closure request.

Losses resulting from platform technical issues, server outages, or third-party payment methods will be addressed by mmk3 on a best-effort basis, but such occurrences are not mmk3's liability.
